The TXI7800 Electro-Pneumatic Transducer transmits a pneumatic signal that is directly proportional to a DC current input signal.
The unit uses low powered microelectronics and pressure feedback control to provide a stable, accurate pneumatic output for the operation of actuated valves.
The compact size reduces weight and space requirements to simplify the piping layout to the unit. External access to the restrictor orifice simplifies unit maintenance. The unit is ideally suited for hazardous environments.
The Model TXI7800 has the following features:
• Internal Electronic Feedback maintains precise output pressure control.
• Piezoelectric Actuator Disk provides stability regardless of vibration or position.
• RFI/EMI Protection eliminates susceptibility to electromagnetic interference.
• 4-20 mA Input.
• Field Selectable Outputs in three pressure ranges match final control element requirements.
• Field Reversible Feature provides output that is directly or inversely proportional to input signal.
• Split Range Operation lets a common signal source control two or more functions.
• Damping Adjustment lets you tune the unit for optimum response.
• Compact size for use in space restricted areas.
• Input and Output Ports on the same side simplify pneumatic piping.

HighFlow Electro-Pneumatic Transducer Model T7900
The Model T7900 High flow Electro-Pneumatic Transducer controls an output pressure in proportion to an analog electrical control signal. An internal feedback sensor monitors output pressure to achieve high accuracy. Model T7900 applications include machine tool automation and robotics.
The Model T7900 has the following features:
• RFI/EMI protection eliminates electromagnetic and radio interference.
• Output pressure displays in psig, BAR, or kPa.
• Reverse acting capability for input and feedback output signals
• Select Current or Voltage input signals using the keypad.
• Select Current or Voltage feedback output signal using the keypad.
• Independently adjustable PID tuning coefficients.
• Set operation parameters with the keypad.
• Backlit Liquid Crystal display screen.
• High and Low Alarm indicator lights.
The Model T7900 has the following options:
• Adjustable high and low alarm relays are available in place of Current or Voltage feedback signal.
• External Pneumatic Feedback port is available.
Pneumatic Volume Booster Model 200
The Model 200 Pneumatic Volume Booster reproduces a pneumatic signal in a 1:1 ratio. It is ideally suited for systems that require input isolation or increased forward flow capacity.
The Model 200 has the following features:
* Control sensitivity to 1" water column variation.
* Large Supply and Exhaust Valves provide high forward and exhaust flows.
* A balanced Supply Valve minimizes the effect of supply pressure variation.
* An Aspirator Tuve minimizes downstream pressure droop under flow conditions.
* A separate Control Chamber isolates the diagphragm from the main flow to eliminate hunting and buzzing.
* Optional increased sensitivity configuration with larger Control Diaphragm for more precision control at low setpoints.
* Unit construction lets you service the Model 200 without removing it from the line.
* A mounting bracket is available.
